Criminal charges. wheres doj. we still dont quite know where they are on the president, but we do know that the d.a. in georgia took a big step forward when she requested the special grand jury. now she has subpoena power. i dont know why it took her a year to get subpoena power. as a prosecutor, you kind of want that right off the bat and now she has a dedicated grand jury to focus on this. we dont know where this will go. if there is a charge, obviously that i think is the only real consequenc...
