On Monday, Federal Natural Resources Minister Jonathan Wilkinson and Nova Scotia’s Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables Tory Rushton put out a joint statement announcing their decision to reject the $1.5-million bid from Inceptio Limited, a Scotland-based company.

While the province prepares to drop all COVID-19 protocols, such as capacity limits, physical distancing and mandatory masks, some places plan on keeping mask rules in place.
