For twin sisters Keisha and Tarsha Scovens, seeing their students enjoying nature with their families is proof positive that their outdoors education work is paying dividends.

Music for Everyone, the Lancaster nonprofit dedicated to cultivating the power of music, awarded $86,024.55 in grants to 47 schools and community organizations.

The School District of Lancaster is entering the fourth and final phase of a master facilities project that began in 2007.

After an $18 million renovation and expansion project and relocating to a different part of town for two years, students are now back in the newly improved building.
