If a violation is detected, video evidence is shared with local law enforcement for review before a citation is issued by mail, officials say.

The latest retail and restaurant round-up for Rock Hill shows several more places opening, as well as a few established restaurants re-opening.

The district says the decision to close schools will not change, even if Cavalcante is apprehended Tuesday night.

"Our school sites are currently being used to support law enforcement initiatives, and we also recognize that many of our families have been under a tremendous amount of stress these past two days," the superintendent said.

The announcement comes in the wake of the capture of escaped murderer Danelo Cavalcante.

Law enforcement is pursuing escaped inmate Danelo Cavalcante, who is armed with a rifle, in South Coventry Township, Chester County early Tuesday morning, Pennsylvania State Police said.

The manhunt for escaped killer Danelo Cavalcante now centers on South Coventry Township in northern Chester County.

During a press conference Tuesday morning, PSP said they believe Cavalcante is "beyond help." Cavalcante is considered to be armed and dangerous.

All schools in the Owen J. Roberts School District will be closed Tuesday as the manhunt for escaped murderer Danelo Cavalcante continues, superintendent Will Stout wrote on the districts website.
