A New Brunswick Court of King's Bench judge has stayed several fraud and theft charges against a former car dealer over delays getting the case to trial.

William Cornford, a former Fredericton used car dealer who's already set to stand trial on fraud charges, was charged Tuesday with more crimes, along with his business partner, Peter Kennedy.
