Joseph Gerzina, who helped oversee the community bank's growth in Stark County and segments of Greater Cleveland, will retire at the end of this month. He will be succeeded in the regional president role by banking industry vet William Shivers.

William Shivers will step down in March as president of Huntington Banks local operations.
