While National Cancer Prevention Month takes place during the winter, the risk of skin cancer is still prevalent.

With a warmer-than-normal winter expected in Saskatchewan, the Regina fire service is urging residents, including dog-walkers, to stay away from icy rivers and waterways. 

According to the Colorado Avalanche Information Center, the two snowmobilers were buried in the avalanche around 2 p.m. on the east face of Mount Epworth.
