Wintermann Library gears up for summer reading The Eula and David Wintermann Library will host the annual Summer Reading Program this year. It is open to children age four – going in to sixth grade in the fall of 2021. Because of COVID restrictions, there will be no live entertainers this year. Instead, students are asked to bring their parents by the library to enroll them
