We respectfully disagree with the supreme courts decision. dhs has appealed the district courts order and will continue to vigorously challenge it. we are also, though, in the same vein, compelled to, by law, to now proceed with means by which we abide by the ruling. >> does that then mean that negotiations are now underway between the u.s. and mexico on rushing to the protection protocol? >> the department of state, dhs, with dhs support is engaging in diplomatic discussions with the government...
