NBA playoff favorites continued their dominance on Tuesday, going a perfect 3-0 ATS. Favorites are now a remarkable 27-14 ATS (66%) this postseason. A $100 bettors taking every favorite on the spread this postseason would be up roughly $1,200 overall. Short favorites -5 or less went 2-0 ATS yesterday to improve to 18-5 ATS (78%).

Phoenix might have only split its four games last week, but it was bookended with impressive wins over Philadelphia and New York, so the Suns retain the top spot.
