For many immigrant low income families many of the parents might not have the time to take their kids to school because they have to work for long hours so they might not have the time to drive them to school in the morning. If these Students Attend School that far away from their neighborhoods it would require them long commute hours and probably multiple bus transfers to get to school especially in the southeast neighbor
