In a feudal activity. so they are sending it over to the senate with expectation that the democrats in the senate are going to vote for a bill that they are never included in the negotiation. so of course we are not going to vote for it. thats not the way the constitution intends on congress to vote. so we are going to vote no and say to the president, say to the leadership of the house and senate, republicans all, lets sit down in a room, work on daca, work on child health, work on opioid fundi...
