The Agyapa gold plan appears to be going ahead in the face of complaints that it is corrupt, opaque and undervalues a key national resource, President Nana Akufo-Addos government is pushing forward with the Agyapa gold plan, under which a state company would register in the British tax haven of Jersey and sell 49% of its shares to investors on the London and Accra stock exchanges for US$1 billion.
