HDFC Bank has also notified its customers that National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) operations would not be accessible on April 1, 2024. The bank said customers who can access the service may expect some delay.

SBI down on April 1: State Bank of India (SBI) has announced that the services of Internet Banking, Yono Lite, Yono Business Web & Mobile App, YONO, and UPI would be unavailable on April 1, 2024 due to Annual Closing.

SBI customers in the country took to social media and complained about the outage. SBI, the countrys largest bank, had its services disrupted including net banking, UPI, YONO app - reported to be down since morning.

Sources say that the banks internet services have remained down since March 30, 2023

The issue started after the bank, on Saturday (April 1), said some of its online services would temporarily remain unavailable due to annual closing activities

SBI has advised its customers to ensure that the same SIM is in place for generating Secure OTP that was used at the time of registration. 

SBI said that due to technological upgrade, SBI UPI services will remain unavailable from 00:30 AM to 04.30 PM on June 25.
