Carpenter said new leads are still coming in to this day on Sara Anne Wood’s disappearance from a variety of different sources. Investigators said there had been a new ground search within the past two months for her remains. And the state police still visit convicted killer Lewis Lent Jr. several times a year to keep that line of communication open.
