Two Miami men have agreed to refund $2.6 million to victims of a scheme that promised big returns for little effort, according to the Federal Trade Commission. The duo used unfounded claims to entice customers into moneymaking schemes involving Amazon business packages, business coaching, and cryptocurrency, the FTC complaint state.
