New Executive Sous Chef at Anantara Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi
ABU DHABI, January 17, 2021 Anantara Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi Hotel has appointed a new Executive Sous Chef, who joins the property’s culinary team under Executive Chef Idin Asmitha. With more than 15 years of experience in fine-dining kitchens around the globe, Federico Sanna brings a world of gastronomic influences to Anantara Eastern Mangroves Hotel. Born and raised on the Italian island of Sardinia, Sanna grew up in the family’s restaurant business, exposed to the richly varied cuisines of the Mediterranean, including North African, Middle Eastern and Southern European. The chef has since worked in several esteemed fine-diners across Italy, Switzerland, the UK, the US, France and Dubai, perfecting his signature blend of tradition and innovation.
