BOYERTOWN â Fred Beans Ford of Boyertown has been named a recipient of the Presidentâs Award from Ford Motor Company. It is the 17th time the dealership has been named as a recipient of the award.Â
The Presidentâs Award was established in 1998. Dealers become eligible through survey responses from customers related to their sales and service satisfaction. For the 2020 Presidentâs Award program, Fred Beans Ford of Boyertown placed first in the East Market for satisfaction among service customers.

It’s no secret that demand for coronavirus vaccines continues to outpace supply, nearly four months after the first shots went into Lehigh Valley arms in mid-December.
But as eligibility opens this week ahead of April 19, when all Pennsylvanians 16 and older can get the vaccine, the state’s acting health secretary on Wednesday visited Allentown to help win over those who are hesitant to join the ranks of the inoculated.
