The programme will provide vital funding support to not-for-profit organisations and social enterprises in Abu Dhabi that have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Selected businesses that meet the criteria will receive financial assistance of up to Dhs200,000. To apply to the programme, not-for-profit organisations and social enterprises must hold a valid UAE licence and have been in operation for at least one year as well as provide a range of support across different social priorities that have been identified by the Department of Community Development – Abu Dhabi, a statement said.
