Two young women, both members of Scouts BSA, chose projects at the Lincoln County Child Advocacy Center for their Eagle Scout Projects. Hannah Hamrick who just turned 18, built a PPE storage cabinet to go in the medical exam room at the CAC. She also applied fish decals to the walls and ceiling of the room.
âI made it an under the sea theme,â she said. âBefore it was a sterile environment which might have scared kids. The artwork that was in there was old and outdated so I replaced it. The fish on the ceiling would be a good distraction.â

Gallery North to host Creative Café
BEMIDJI Gallery North will hold a Creative Café event from 4 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 15, at the gallery, 310 Fourth St. NW.
Attendees are invited to come sip coffee, nibble on some goodies, connect with each other and make art, a release said.
Diane Collison-Jones and Vicki Carlson will be making Christmas decorations perfect to make any tree more festive. Classes are geared toward ages 12 and older.
