Our journey to the “back nine” in our round of life started with our pondering who would be there for us, and the survivor of us, as we make the unavoidable transition into senior status.
It was 2018, we were in our seventies, and had done a lot of world travel (two world cruises of 100 days each), and the realization hit us that we needed to plan our senior years. And that we would be much better off making required changes,
e.g., financial adjustments and sensible care and living arrangements before they arrived and limited our choices.

Gov. John Carney on Monday, May 10, nominated Kevin OâConnell to serve as the next chief defender for the State of Delaware, leading the Delaware Office of Defense Services (ODS). The Delaware Senate is expected to consider his nomination next week.
