9 Jun 2021 - 16:27 KUNDUC CITY (Pajhwok): Provincial council members, local officials and residents of northern Kunduz province say the repairing of Sardawar Road by the contractor concerned was started after a Pajhwok Afghan News report and that the project would be soon inaugurated. About two weeks back, Pajhwok in a report supported by documents and interviewing local people and officials stated that the road has partially damaged before its inauguration. Asphalting of the 5.6 kilometers Sardawra Road cost $148 million afghanis under the National Road Construction Program of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) with technical support from two contracted companies.
