SAN DIEGO, CA An appeals court has overturned a San Diego judge s ruling allowing county restaurants to reopen amid COVID-19 restrictions, finding that he issued an overbroad injunction that was unsupported by the law.

Dong Yang, 33, was arrested in Temple City Saturday following a Riverside County sheriff s investigation that pointed to him as the alleged driver during and after the break-in last month in the unincorporated community of La Cresta.

ST. CLAIR SHORES, MI Derek Hill is known in his St. Clair Shores community as a good Samaritan. He s the founder of the Last Supper Mobile Ministry that, for the last six years, has offered frequent food donations to the less fortunate.
It s no surprise to the community that while the 51-year-old was out one night earlier this week, he pulled to the side of Gratiot Avenue near 13 Mile Road in neighboring Roseville to help a stranded woman whose car appeared to be overheating and breaking down.

The rank is a big deal for any Scout, let alone someone who only became one two years ago. I am able to say I am an Eagle Scout, Grace said. I m pretty proud of that, to be honest. It was really hard to manage the time to get there, but when I did I was like. Oh, dang, I really did that. I can do whatever I put my mind to.
