Biden más agresivo que Trump en deportaciones de mexicanos
México, 13 jun (Prensa Latina) El presidente de Estados Unidos, Joe Biden, deporta más mexicanos que Donald Trump contrario a la política migratoria que proclama, y lleva dos meses superando los 20 mil devueltos, denuncia hoy La Jornada.
Las cifras son superiores incluso a la etapa previa a la pandemia de Covid-19 en la época de Trump. En mayo, las autoridades mexicanas reportaron 21 mil 485 procesos de repatriación de connacionales.
También hay un incremento en la clasificación de ilegal que las agencias de control de aduanas y tránsito de personas otorgan a los mexicanos que cruzan la frontera hacia Estados Unidos por numerosas razones.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers seized a load of smuggled semi-automatic rifles during an attempt to cross into Mexico from Texas. The officers seized eight rifles and magazines.
CBP officers assigned to the Del Rio Port of Entry on May 25 observed a 2021 Dodge Ram 3500 pickup truck and trailer approaching for an exit inspection, according to information obtained from CBP’s Office of Field Operations. The officers referred the driver to a secondary inspection station.

Border Agents Seize Semi-automatic Weapons at the Border in Del Rio
DEL RIO, TX – U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations (OFO) officers conducting outbound operations seized semi-automatic weapons, magazines and scopes hidden in futon furniture.
“Our CBP officers continue to do outstanding enforcement work,” said Port Director Liliana Flores, Del Rio Port of Entry. “This interception is just one example of the work they do to protect our communities on both sides of the border.”
The seizure occurred on the evening of Tuesday, May 25 at the Del Rio International Bridge, when officers assigned to outbound operations selected a 2021 Dodge Ram 3500 traveling to Mexico for inspection. The vehicle and utility trailer it was pulling were referred for a non-intrusive imaging examination. Upon physical inspection of the vehicle and trailer, eight weapons, eight magazines and two scopes were discovered hidden within futon couches.
