(WTVF.) — One man is charged with four counts of Attempted First Degree Murder in Bedford County after shooting a woman with three other people in a car, including 2 children. According to the Bedford County Sheriff s Office, Bedford County patrol deputies responded to a shooting call on Whitaker road in the Wheel community at 2:59 a.m. Sunday morning. One woman suffered a gunshot wound to the head in a car and remarkably survived. In the car with her was an adult man and 2 small children.

Man, 37, found dead in cell at Dauphin County Prison Updated 2:43 PM; A 37-year-old man was pronounced dead early Wednesday at the Dauphin County Prison. He is the second inmate to die in less than two months, authorities said. The man was found tied to his bedding around 3 a.m., according to a Dauphin County news release. The release said it appears the man hanged himself. The Dauphin County Coroner’s Office pronounced him dead at the scene. The county identified him as Kyle Joseph Nadwodny, who listed an address in the Linglestown area. He was charged with 25 counts of disseminating photographs or film of child sex acts, 31 counts of possession of child pornography, and criminal use of communication facility. His bond was set at $150,000, which he could not post when he was arrested May 5.

Updated: 6:52 AM CDT May 10, 2021 POLK COUNTY, Texas On May 2, 2021, Deputies with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and Child Protective Services responded to 345 Robbie Road to follow up on an incident involving ongoing issues related to a 2-year-old child walking unsupervised in the middle of the roadway. Deputies and Child Protective Services spoke to the mother, Randi Markham, and another female subject on the scene, Brittany Ryan, both admitting to consuming drugs before the deputies arrival and while the children were inside the home with them. Probable cause was developed by deputies on scene and a search warrant was applied for and obtained.
