NISKAYUNA – Two motorists were hospitalized at Albany Medical Center Hospital after a crash early Wednesday morning on Mohawk Road.
Police say the wreck, which occurred shortly before 6:45 a.m., happened after a northbound vehicle driven by a Glenville woman failed yield to an oncoming vehicle while turning left onto Rosendale Road. That car struck her vehicle before overturning and coming to a rest against a tree.
The Glenville resident, 58, was ticketed for the traffic infraction. Both she and a 32-year-old man were taken to Albany Medical Center Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Top Picks In Shopping

A man and a woman are standing outside, talking in the front yard of a house on River Street. The woman is holding their child on her hip, and the sun is bright, casting shadows across the lawn.
The couple are standing a few feet apart, their voices not loud enough to carry. Cars and bicyclists pass by. A neighbor walks over and hands the child a stuffed animal.
Then, two Oneonta Police Department officers rush into view. One has his gun drawn, pointing it at the man, who was carrying a knife, the video shows.
