At about 12:20 p.m., officers responded to the area of Fourth Avenue and Broad Street for reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers located a 22-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was treated at the scene by emergency medical personnel and transported to Albany Medical Center Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
