The bystander intervened and took off after the phone-snatcher when he saw the crime happen at a bus stop in Easton, between 8.15am and 8.40am yesterday (Wednesday, March 3). The unidentified man managed to catch up with the mugger, but had to back off when he turned around and threatened him.
