Ahmedabad: Malls and hotels are now confused about implementing proper temperature in accordance with Covid SOP. A proper temperature requires to be maintained in the range of 24-300C, the MHA guidelines say.
The manager of a hotel on SG Road told the Times of India, “We are maintaining ambient temperature of 240C at our hotel right now in the public spaces such as lobbies and restaurants, whereas in rooms, guests have the liberty to set the temperature in the range of 180C to 300C. At present, the footfall is moderate and therefore, the requirement of maintaining a lower temperature does not arise.
