Ontario Co Sheriff s Office Investigating Serious Crash

Jan 7, 2021 A serious two car crash in the Town of Richmond is under investigation. The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says 21-year-old Bryan Duerr was driving on Allens Hill Road this afternoon when he collided with a vehicle driven by 75-year-old Jesse Wilson at the CR 15 intersection. Authorities say Wilson had failed to yield to the right of way at the stop sign, struck Duerr’s vehicle then went off the road and hit a telephone pole. Wilson had to be extricated from the vehicle, was flown to the hospital and is currently listed in critical condition. Duerr suffered a neck and shoulder injury.

Authorities say a man who went missing from the Rochester-area on Wednesday was involved in a serious crash in Ontario County during the afternoon hours on Thursday. The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that around 1:20 p.m. first responders were called to Allens Hill Road at County Road 15 in the town of Richmond for a two-car crash. Jesse Wilson was traveling east on County Road 15 when he failed to yield the right of way at the intersection with Allens Hill Road. Wilson’s car collided with a pickup truck operated by Bryan Duerr, who was traveling north on Allen Hill Road.

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office say they responded to a personal injury crash at the intersection of 5&20 and Parrish Street Extension in the town of Canandaigua on Monday around 3 p.m. Deputies say Lucas Gruenfelder, 17, of Victor was traveling west on 5&20 at a high rate of speed, according to witnesses, who said that he was also driving recklessly. That’s when Gruenfelder’s vehicle collided with a vehicle operated by 67-year-old Kevin Sloan, of Canandaigua.

Paul William Goodrell, 51, of Canandaigua was charged with public lewdness after an investigation into an alleged incident at the Walmart in the town of Hopewell. That incident is said to have taken place on January 2nd. Goodrell was taken to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment. The charge will be answered at a later date.

Ontario County Dog unhurt after being pushed out of car, police still searching for driver

(WHEC) The Ontario County Sheriff s Office and the county s Humane Society are searching for a car they say a dog was pushed out of Saturday morning. The Humane Society says it responded to a call for the dog being pushed out of the car on Wesley Road in Bloomfield around 11 a.m. The vehicle was last seen traveling east on Wesley Road, and the only description of the vehicle is that it is described as a gray, older, four-door sedan.  The dog was not hurt and has been secured at the Ontario County Humane Society.
