We have a challenge for you. How many rounds of our ladder workout can you get done in 15 minutes? 10? 15? 20? However many rounds you complete, this workout – the second from our month-long fitness festival Men s Health Weekenders – is sure to challenge both your body and mind.
This is a ladder workout, so start by performing one rep of each of the ladder movements, then two, then three etc. Every two minutes, stop doing the ladder exercises and do five burpees, before starting where you left off, and remember to keep track of how many rounds you re able to do in 15 minutes.
Batman
star Robert Pattinson made headlines around the internet. He was catching heat for his unique approach to transforming into Gotham s caped crusader a role that has seen erstwhile actors Christian Bale and Ben Affleck packing on 45kg in weight and 9kg in muscle, respectively claiming that .if you re working out all the time, you re part of the problem.
It was part of a wider GQ cover interview, where Pattinson clapped back against the
de rigeur requirements of actors to pile on slabs of muscle, especially for Hollywood blockbusters and comic-to-movie franchises.
