Dr Chant reiterated on Wednesday the list of areas of concern can change day-to-day, meaning residents across Greater Sydney should remain vigilant.
Penrith, Bankstown and Windsor were among those suburbs added to the list of concern overnight.

NSW currently has 71 COVID patients admitted to hospital with 20 in the ICU, four of which are on ventilators.
Dr Chant detailed the ages of each patient in ICU, revealing one is in their 20s, two in their 30s, two in their 40s, five in their 50s, five in their 60s, three in their 70s and two in their 80s.
