LIMA A Lima man already serving a prison sentence for burglary and related charges entered a plea of guilty on Wednesday to a new charge of robbery that includes a one-year firearm specification.
Paul Miner Jr., 26, will be sentenced March 31 after accepting a deal from prosecutors that called for him to plead to an amended count of robbery and a reduced firearm spec.

LIMA A Lima woman who prosecutors say stabbed her former boyfriend multiple times pleaded guilty Wednesday in Allen County Common Pleas Court to a second-degree felony charge of felonious assault.
Prosecutors dismissed a second felonious assault charge and a misdemeanor count of criminal damaging or endangering against Maisha Davis in return for her plea. The woman faces up to 12 years in prison when she is sentenced April 8.

More rape charges added against Delphos man

LIMA A Delphos man who was indicted by an Allen County grand jury in September on 14 counts of rape and 14 counts of sexual battery, felonies of the first- and second-degrees respectively, has been charged with five additional sex-related counts involving an underage female.
Timothy Boedicker, 41, entered pleas of not guilty during his arraignment hearing in Allen County Common Pleas Court on Friday to three counts of rape, first-degree felonies; and two charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, third-degree felonies.
The victim in the case was 12 years old when the alleged incidents took place between February through July 2020. Boedicker is being held on a $500,000 bond.
