Feb 1, 2021 12:04 PM Palm Coast, FL - A five month investigation by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) Cyber Crimes Unit (CCU) after a tip from Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) resulted in an arrest warrant for 77-year-old Edgar Alloway. He s charged with twelve counts of Possession of Images of the Sexual Performance by a Child. The CyberTip identified an AOL account belonging to Alloway that had uploaded twenty files containing child pornography. A search warrant issued November 20, 2020 led to the seizure of several electronic devices at 18 Banton Lane in Palm Coast, Alloway’s residence. Forensic analysis found numerous images and videos of child pornography. Due to the nature of the images, the charges were upgraded from third-degree felonies to second-degree. The arrest warrant was issued on Friday, January 29, 2021. Alloway was arrested the same day, booked into the Flagler County Jail and released the next day on a $120,000
Man arrested in connection with child exploitation
BELLA VISTA, Arkansas (KFSM) A Bella Vista man was arrested Thursday (Jan. 28) in connection with child exploitation.
According to court records, John Douglais Marbes, 87, of Bella Vista has been charged in connection with distribution, possession or viewing of sexually explicit child material, a Class C felony.
On Thursday, Bella Vista Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division conducted a search warrant at Marbes’ home. The warrant was issued following a tip to Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
The information provided from NCMEC included a reverse image search via Bing of a known flagged image. After investigation of the IP address where the search originated and other information, it was discovered the search originated from an AT&T account belonging to Marbes.

Palm Coast resident Edgar Alloway, 77, has been charged with 12 counts of possession of child pornography.
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit began investigating a cyber tip from Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) on Sept. 3, 2020.
The tip identified an AOL account that uploaded twenty files containing child pornography. The investigation revealed the account belonged to Alloway.
A lengthy investigation led to a search warrant being executed on Nov. 20, 2020, at Alloway s residence at 18 Banton Lane in Palm Coast by FCSO’s Cyber Crimes Detective Dennis Lashbrook, FCSO Crime Scene investigators, members from Volusia County Sheriff’s Office and the North Florida ICAC Task Force.
Utah law enforcement agencies are asking for the public s help in locating a man charged with two felonies related to rape, sexual assault, and exploitation of victims, including minors.
