Serba Dinamik secures RM408 8m contracts in India and Indonesia

Bhd group has secured an operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts and three information, communication & technology (ICT) jobs worth US$99.6mil (RM408.80mil). It announced to Bursa Malaysia its unit SDIT International Ltd bagged an ICT contract while its 49% associate Serba2C India Private Limited secured two ICT contracts in India. Its 75% owned PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia secured one O&M contract. “The combined estimated contract value of the contracts secured above is approximately US$99.60mil, ” it said. SDIT will provide the design, installation and commission and facilitation of integrated adaptive traffic management system to Captive Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd in India.
