Prince Harry s Invictus Games veterans are to support NHS workers battling the pandemic through a series of podcasts.
Harry is patron of the Invictus Games Foundation which has collaborated with the NHS to provide guidance on supporting the physical, mental, and social wellbeing of medical workers and other staff during and after the pandemic.
The advice is in the form of six podcasts on a variety of themes designed to help inspire and support NHS workers, and are based on lessons learned by the Invictus community during its recovery.
The foundation oversees the delivery of the Invictus Games, founded by Harry, for injured, sick and wounded veterans and serving military.
Invictus Games Foundation launches podcast with healthcare workers
By Zach Harper
Prince Harry is a patron, is set to launch a brand new podcast that connects U.K. healthcare workers with veterans for a series of important conversations about The first episode will debut Feb. 11 and will feature Glenn Haughton, a veteran of the Gulf War, Afghanistan War and Iraq War. He ll discuss mental health among service members who have returned from working away and what it s like to reconnect with your family. For a year now, NHS workers have been engaged in a new kind of battle, the Duke of Sussex said in a statement announcing the podcast. They have consistently set aside their own physical and emotional health in the service of others. This service and sacrifice resonates deeply with so many in the Armed Forces community.

He continued: These titles represent the Queen. The one linked to the Marines has been held by kings and Prince Phillip. Harry can t have it both ways. He can t say, I don t want to be a member of the royal family but I still want to retain these titles and represent the Queen . It doesn t work that way. Yet again, it is another example of Harry throwing his toys out of the pram over these titles. They are bestowed by the Queen, and she wants a working royal - not someone who is sitting in sunny California making money out of Netflix and Spotify.
