LOCK HAVEN If you have had young children over the last 21 years, you may know Nancy Antram, the Youth Services Coordinator at Annie Halenbake Ross Library.
She has assisted and instructed a generation of children throughout the county, not just at Ross Library, but in the community through her outreach. She’s also been on boards and participated in the community in a variety of other ways, each one an expression of her love and support for Clinton County.
