The founders of The Assembly The Assembly will comprise a select panel of industry experts from across the world, each of whom is considered to be a ‘world leader’ in their respective categories. The founding members of The Assembly are: Colin Scott, master blender for The Last Drop Distillers, London; Drew Mayville, master blender and director of quality at Sazerac, US; Richard Seale master distiller and blender at Foursquare Rum, Barbados; Louise McGuane, owner and bonder at JJ Corry Irish Whiskey, Ireland; Michael d’Souza, master distiller and blender at Paul John Whisky, India; and Denis Lahouratate, cellar master at Domaine de Sazerac Cognac, France.
