UMass Memorial: Staffer involved in DC protests no longer a part of organization © WCVB UMass Memorial Health Care Officials at UMass Memorial Health Care say an employee who was involved in this week’s protest and violence at the U.S. Capitol is no longer employed by them. Over the past 24 hours we have received numerous expressions of concern through social media regarding a UMass Memorial caregiver who may have been involved in this week’s violent events at the nation’s Capitol, the health care provider said in a statement.
