File photo Two men have been sentenced after they broke into a High Wycombe tattoo parlour. Officers were called to the parlour, in Totteridge Road, just after 3am on December 4, 2018, where Mitchell Vella, 19, of Millbrook Close, and Maccauley Lo, 23, of Rennie Close, both in High Wycombe, broke in. A door panel was damaged to get access and officers arrested Vella inside the property, while Lo was arrested nearby with the help of a dog unit. Nothing was stolen during the incident, police said. Two weeks’ earlier, on November 1, 2018, Lo forced entry into a residential property in Disraeli Crescent in High Wycombe, stealing foreign currency and a digital camera.
A fly-tipper who was caught dumping rubbish twice with an accomplice he refused to name has been fined just £300. Thomas Christopher Donovan, who lives at Wapseys Wood caravan site in Gerrards Cross, was seen twice dumping rubbish from a tipper truck - once in Andrew Hill Lane and once in St Huberts Lane, Gerrards Cross - on November 11 and 20, 2019. The 39-year-old was with a second man when he dumped the rubbish, but refused to name him when fly-tipping investigators traced the van registration back to him and interviewed him. Donovan pleaded guilty to three counts of fly-tipping at High Wycombe Magistrates Court on April 28.
