KINGSTON A nine-storey building could be built on the site of the former Capitol Theatre downtown, according to a proposed agreement reached between the developer and two groups fighting to preserve the area’s heritage.
The deal, if approved, could end almost five years of opposition to IN8 Developments’ plans to build on the former theatre site in the city’s downtown.
