HARRISBURG, Pa. A suspect in a 2017 homicide in Harrisburg has been arrested by U.S. Marshals in Texas, according to Harrisburg Police.
Justin Baez-Ramos was captured by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Houston, police say. He is wanted for the Dec. 5, 2017 murder of 22-year-old Jorge Guillen Jr., who was killed in a shooting in the area of S. 16th and Berryhill streets, according to police.
Baez-Ramos was extradited back to Pennsylvania and is awaiting arraignment on charges of murder and possession with intent to deliver in relation to the case, police say.

LOS ANGELES - The man who was caught on camera robbing and assaulting an elderly Lyft driver in South El Monte has been arrested.
The suspect, identified as 26-year-old Dandre Lorenz Powell, was arrested about a week after the brutal attack, law enforcement officials announced Thursday during a press conference.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department worked alongside with the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force to bring this wanted suspect into custody. They say Powell has an extensive criminal history and was on probation.

An inmate awaiting trial in the death of her 17-month-old son as well as her boyfriend both have been charged in a murder-for-hire plot, authorities said.
Heather Reynolds, 43, of Sicklerville in Camden County and Jeffrey Callahan, 44, of Clayton in Gloucester County, have been charged with first-degree conspiracy to commit murder, authorities said.
Reynolds is currently detained on multiple charges including first-degree murder in the May 10, 2018, death of her toddler, Axel Reynolds.
During the investigation into Axel’s death, detectives uncovered evidence that Reynolds and Callahan were allegedly conspiring to have another individual killed, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Gloucester Township Police Chief David Harkins.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ A Gloucester Township woman who is accused of killing her 17-month-old son has been charged in a separate murder-for-hire plot, authorities announced Wednesday evening.
Heather Reynolds, 43 of Sicklerville, and Jeffrey Callahan, 44 of Clayton, have been charged with one count of first-degree conspiracy to commit murder, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Gloucester Township Police Chief David Harkins.
Reynolds was arrested in 2019 and indicted on charges of first-degree murder, second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree possession of methamphetamine, and third-degree hindering apprehension in the death of her son, Axel.
Authorities in Camden County say a woman who is awaiting trial in the death of her 17-month-old son and her boyfriend have both been charged in a murder-for-hire plot.
