Sebastian Attar, 36, had previously pleaded guilty in 2019 to two counts of sexual exploitation of children and one count of advertising child pornography, authorities said. He was sentenced in a Trenton federal court Wednesday by U.S. District Judge Peter G. Sheridan. Around mid-2017, investigators explored an internet chat group named Taboo Train 2.0, which involved the exchange of photos and videos of child sex abuse, authorities said.

Once the insurance was activated Blanco and her associates filed false claims asserting the phone was either lost, stolen or damaged and then asked for new phones.
