Our specially trained officers continue to support them as they have done throughout. “Our officers, with the assistance from specialist search teams, dogs and horses, and colleagues from Essex Police, have been carrying out extensive searches in Epping Forest since 19-year-old Richard was last seen on CCTV in the area 15 days ago.

Source: United Kingdom London Metropolitan Police Three men have been jailed for their part in the rape and robbery of two women who were attacked in their own home in Hackney. The men appeared at Wood Green Crown Court on Friday, 12 February where they were convicted of rape and robbery offences. They were sentenced at the same court on Tuesday, 6 April as follows: [A] Edmilson Caimanque, 24 (27.03.97) of St. Olaves Road, Newham, was found guilty of two counts of rape and two counts of robbery – he was sentenced to 18 years’ imprisonment for rape and nine years’ imprisonment for robbery – all sentences to run concurrently.

MIL-OSI Security: Appeal following fatal collision in Richmond

Officers are appealing for witnesses after a woman died following a collision in Richmond. Police were called at approximately 16:30hrs on Tuesday, 30 March to reports of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian on the A316 Twickenham Road, near to the junction with Richmond Rugby Club. The pedestrian, a woman in her 50s, was taken to a central London hospital where she was pronounced dead on Wednesday, 31 March. Her next of kin has been informed and are being supported by specialist officers. The driver of the car stopped at the scene. There have been no arrests and enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
