MIL-OSI Security: Appeal to identify male after victim is blinded in acid attack

Source: United Kingdom London Metropolitan Police Detectives investigating a vicious corrosive substance attack on two young men, which left one permanently blinded, are continuing to appeal for information. The case was featured on BBC One’s ‘Crimewatch Live’ on Wednesday, 17 March as detectives continue their investigation to identify the attacker. On the morning of Monday, 7 December 2020, at about 08:10hrs the two victims, a 25-year-old man and a 19-year-old man, were walking along Thornton Road in Thornton Heath towards Thornton Heath Pond roundabout. As they walked towards the pedestrian crossing, near the junction with Gonville Road, they were approached by the suspect, a man they did not know.

Source: United Kingdom London Metropolitan Police The Metropolitan Police Service’s investigation into the disappearance and murder of Suzy Lamplugh is ongoing, and detectives remain committed to securing justice for her family. Suzy Lamplugh was aged just 25 when she was reported missing on Monday 28 July 1986. She was last seen in Fulham, West London, at around 13:00hrs on that day. Suzy was working as an estate agent, and left her office to meet a prospective client to view a flat, but she did not arrive back at her office. Her car, a white Ford Fiesta, was later found abandoned in Stevenage Road, Fulham.
