Texas HOA says veteran s American flag flying from tree violates violates state, US codes

Navy veteran Gary Pirics is refusing to relocate his American flag that has been hanging from a tree for 17 years. Texas-based Navy veteran Gary Pirics is refuting his homeowners association s request to properly fly his American flag in line with U.S. Flag Code and Texas Flag Regulations. Pirics has been living in the Avery Ranch neighborhood in Austin since 2004 and immediately after moving in displayed the flag on a tree in his front yard, the veteran told Fox & Friends on Sunday.  I did that because I m a Navy veteran, Pirics said. The flag s important to me for several reasons. One is both my father and my wife s father were World War II veterans. I served in the United States Navy as an officer in Charleston, South Carolina, during the Vietnam War. So that flag does several things.

Wilkerson in connection with the assaults that occurred in Yorkshire Estates. At approximately 5:12 a.m., on Sunday April 25, 2021, Delmar Police Department was dispatched to the 11000 block of Buckingham Drive in the Yorkshire Estates Community for a report of a fight in progress. The 9-1-1 caller reported one of the occupants, who was later identified as Randon Wilkerson, was being disorderly, fighting with other residents of the house, and destroying items inside the residence. Moments later, a separate 9-1-1 call was received from a neighbor across the street

Law Enforcement Memorial 2021 Published: 26 April 2021 26 April 2021 Yuma, Arizona - On Saturday, May 15th, 2021 the Fraternal Order of Police, Yuma Lodge #24 will host the 44th Annual Peace Officer Memorial Day Services at the location of the Fallen Officer Monument, (Pacific Ave Athletic Complex 1700 E 8th St. Yuma). This annual event is a special time to honor and remember our dedicated law enforcement professionals for their sacrifices in making the Yuma area a safer place to live. The memorial service will start at 7:00 p.m. The one-hour program consists of remembering law enforcement professionals who have either been killed or died in the line of duty, as well as honoring those who still serve.  The Yuma Police Department’s Honor Guard Team will post the United States Flag and conduct a 21-gun salute in remembrance of our fallen brothers and sisters.
