A targeted incident and not a danger to the community? My question is a two year old was targeted and we are not suppose to feel worried? Now if they are trying to say isolated incident, mistake or mishap or hell a kid touching weapons I could understand not freaking out the community but targeted means on purpose, meant to, no mistake. Either use better descriptive words or use laymen terms and tell the truth. I m praying on it being a mistake, accident, mishap. My blessings to the family and to that strong little girl who decided to stay and fight for her life.

This is how we are making toilets for the homeless community. Thank you for ur donations. pic.twitter.com/H6aUDutEFH Shirley Raines (@beauty2streetz) April 16, 2021 Advertisement Hide
The video was posted on Twitter by Shirley Raines, founder of the LA-based homelessness nonprofit Beauty2theStreetz, as a way to demonstrate how she utilizes the portable toilet lids donated to her organization. The clip shows step-by-step instructions on how to create a portable loo using the lids, a bucket, a garbage bag, cat litter, and a sealed bag.
Twitter users reacted with mixed emotions, with many lauding Raines for her ingenuity and others expressing outrage that such provisions had to be made in the first place.

Applications available for Hoboken Community Development Block Grants ×
Hoboken is now accepting applications for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year 2021 that provides funding to eligible programs and projects sponsored by public agencies or not-for-profit organizations.
The city encourages local community groups that provide quantifiable benefits to low and moderate-income residents to apply.
The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development provides the CDBG funds, which this year amount to almost $1.1 million.
According to the city, Public Service Funding is capped at 15 percent of total funding, which would make $160,921.80 available to organizations providing services, including, but not limited to child care, after school programs, health care, family planning, and assistance to the homeless.
