A man suspected of shooting someone at The Spot Bar & Restaurant in Killeen last weekend is now in custody.
37-year-old Robert Theodore Jones was in the Bell County Jail late Friday night charged with third degree felony unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. A motion to revoke parole was also listed on his jail roster card, which also reported that he was booked into the jail at 10:02 AM Friday. No bond data was listed.
Jones was arrested Friday around 8:30 AM after the United States Marshals Service s Lone Star Fugitive Task Force located him in the 3000 block of Dannen Court.
