On Jan. 5, the Little Egg Harbor police were called to Jarvis Marine on Radio Road after someone dialed 911 and reported that a man had been shot there, the office said. When they arrived, they found that the man had been shot in the midsection, authorities said.

Faculty will speak on their areas of expertise, covering such timely topics as American politics, sex and gender, culture, the Fourth Amendment, and de-escalation techniques in policing. Each lecture includes time for questions from participants. Free and open to the public, participants are asked to RSVP at howardcc.edu/lectureseries or by emailing foundation@howardcc.edu. Reward offered for information on federal fugitive who might be in St Joseph

The United States Marshals Service is asking the public for help in locating Travis Randall Kirkendall, wanted on 12 warrants, ranging from possession of a controlled substance to burglary. The Marshals Service is offering a $2,500 reward for any information leading to the arrest of Kirkendall. He is believed to be in St. Joseph or the surrounding area.
