Phenix City, Ala. (WTVM) - The United States Marshals Service with the help of the Phenix City Police Department arrested a suspect on outstanding capital murder warrants.
On November 6, Edward Love was shot and killed in front of the 700 block of King Dr. in Phenix City while he sat in his vehicle.
Two suspects were arrested for the murder, Samuel Alexander and Juanita Alexander. The suspect that shot Love was not apprehended at the time and his whereabouts were unknown.

A teenager from Sioux Falls wanted on murder and manslaughter charges was arrested this morning (Dec. 30, 2020) in Pierre.
Deputy US Marshal Chris Gross says 17 year old Devon Montileaux was wanted for a warrant issued in Minnehaha County charging him with Second Degree Murder and First Degree Manslaughter.
The charges stem from an alleged incident at an apartment complex (on North Cleveland Avenue) in Sioux Falls that left Ephraim Shulue dead.
Gross says investigators with the Dakota Territory Fugitive Task Force– led by the US Marshal Service– searched for Montileaux and followed up on numerous leads.

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– According to South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson, a Lexington County man has been charged with criminal solicitation of a minor. Authorities say 31-year-old Brandon Scott Moore, of Leesville, was arrested by investigators with the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force on December 23, and faces up to 10 years in prison for his charge. Authorities allege that Moore solicited sex from a minor.
Authorities say the investigation was carried out by the United States Marshals Service, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and members of the state’s ICAC Task Force.

But in the few months before the pandemic took hold, several large leases were signed. The sum of top 10 deals in 2020 was 1.44 million square feet, a 20 percent increase from the 2019 total. That was mostly thanks to Whittle School’s 620,000-square-foot lease in Downtown Brooklyn, which was inked in early February. Amazon came in second with a 300,000-square-foot lease in Queens the only deal in that borough that made the top 10 that was signed in late February.
